How Often does my Cat need to be Visited | Cat Sitter Madison MS

People tell me all the time, "My cats will be ok if you come by every other day."

Really?!!

Cats can get into all kinds of precarious situations. My grand-cat, Sebastian, is famous for climbing on top of open doors.  I don't know how he gets up there! But this is where he was sitting when his mom came home.

And then there is Jackson, a beautiful Ragdoll kitten who is very loving.  His litter box is in a little storage closet.  One night after I left his home, he closed the door to his "bathroom." The next morning he was so glad that I was there to open it!  His owner has us coming by twice a day to take care of Jackson.  Good thing, otherwise he would have had a lot of cleanup and deodorizing to do.  I propped the door open to prevent this from  happening again during this trip.

Cats can contract urinary tract infections that can make them very ill very fast.  If there is a urinary tract blockage, this can become life threatening for your cat very quickly.

I recommend that your cat be visited at least once every 24 hours while you are away.  What could be more important than your peace of mind about the health of your cat?

Will the Cat Genie put this Jackson MS Pet Sitter out of business?

My friend Angelia was raving about her Cat Genie today.  I just HAD to see it; it was A.Maz.Ing!  The best thing since sliced bread...you get the idea.  She just knew you would love it.

In her words, Angelia said, "I don't have to buy 40 lb. containers of cat litter any more. No more litter! No more smell!  No more mess!  When we have people over, we invite them to the laundry room to watch our cat use the Cat Genie!"

Being the skeptical type, I asked, "How often do you have to clean it?"  She has had the Cat Genie                                                      8 months and not had to take it apart to clean it yet.  It is self-cleaning, self-washing, self-flushing.  You have to set it up near a water supply and a drain such as a toilet drain, a sink drain, etc., and an electrical outlet.

Read the reviews on Amazon.com.  Some people love it, some people hate it.  Most of the negative reviews are for the older Cat Genie 60 model.  This product was developed by a rocket scientist for his elderly mother who loved her cats and had difficulty changing the litter.

P. S. If you don't have a Cat Genie yet, you can still call Priority Pets to take care of scooping litter and feeding your cats!   601-750-2896

New Service for Pet Sitting Clients

Maybe you are like me, juggling kids, keys, and carpooling.  Have you ever locked your keys in the house? or the car?  I have, and usually my husband rescues me from disaster!  But if he were out of town, or busy in a class or meeting, I would have to wait hours or call a locksmith.  And that can be expensive.

That is why I have added Emergency Lockout Service to my list of pet sitting services.  If your keys are in my files, you can call me day or night to let you in your home...for much less than a locksmith.  Check it out!

One of my clients woke me up at midnight to get their house key.  I didn't mind; they were bringing home their new twins!  Call me. Really!
